Scope and Contents

Elmer Thomes received a letter from Thos F. McCrosson, a member of the Choctaw Tribe, inquiring about the status of Tribal funds. Thomes forwarded the inquiry to the Department of Interior and also wrote to Honorable John Collier requesting him to advise McCrosson directly regarding the per capita payment for the Choctaw Tribe.
