Vern Thompson informed that he would be leaving this afternoon and that Disney was confident he could have the Quapaw Indian bill H.R. 11231 passed next Wednesday. The Budget Bureau's report had not been received yet, and Thompson mentioned that early action was promised on the bill when it reached the Senate.
