Scope and Contents

H. E. Wrinkle is writing to Senator Elmer Thomas on behalf of the Lions Club of El Reno regarding the poor conditions of the Indian cemetery at Concho, which contains the graves of early well-known Indian chiefs. Wrinkle is requesting legislation to provide a caretaker and record keeper for the cemetery, and offers to provide any information needed. Senator Thomas responds, expressing his willingness to investigate and make suggestions for improvements.
