Scope and Contents

Senator Elmer Thomas received a letter from the Commissioner of Indian Affairs informing him that a supplemental allotment of $200 was being made to the Kiowa Agency for expenses related to the American Indian Exposition. The total contribution towards the project is $700. Senator Thomas had previously received a telegram from Bedoka requesting an increase in funding for the exhibit premiums at the exposition, and he replied that he would ask the Indian Office to consider increasing the amount.
