Scope and Contents

Wright writes to Senator Thomas informing him that resolutions passed by the Choctaw Council regarding taxation of restricted land have not yet been received by him. He requests an additional copy to bring it to the Senator's attention. Senator Thomas responds, stating that he has been away from Washington and has not yet had the chance to go through his accumulated mail, but assures Wright that he will address the matter as soon as possible.
