Scope and Contents
This bill seeks to amend a previous act to allow refunds for taxes illegally paid by Indian citizens in certain circumstances, including those who received land allotments exempt from taxation. It also allows for refunds for those who were erroneously or illegally taxed and filed a claim before January 29, 1944.
