Scope and Contents
Elmer Thomas received a letter from Andy Young expressing interest in the sale of coal-asphalt land of the Choctaw-Chickasaw Nation. Thomas forwarded Young's letter to the Office of Indian Affairs for an update. He also received a letter from Jack Love inquiring about the status of the land sale, to which Thomas explained the process and current situation.
