Response to Senator Harris Regarding Environmental Health Survey Report and Repairs at Kayenta Boarding School, 1971-01-01 - 1971-12-31
Scope and Contents
The letter is in response to Senator Harris's inquiry about the Environmental Health Survey Report for Kayenta Boarding School in Arizona. The Bureau of Indian Affairs has corrected most recurring repair items and added larger issues to the backlog for future funding. They are working to address all deficiencies and prevent similar issues in the future. The delay in corrective action was attributed to the field office not receiving a copy of the report.
