Mrs. Helen Guymon invited LaDonna Harris to speak at the Bartlesville Indian Women's Club annual luncheon on February 14, 1968. LaDonna Harris regretfully declined the invitation due to prior commitments, but recommended other speakers who would be well-versed in the topic. She also sent copies of her letter to the recommended speakers.
