LaDonna Harris regrets that she cannot commit to speaking at the Oklahoma City Chapter of the DAR at this time, but suggests contacting other capable speakers from the OIO staff. The DAR chapter expresses disappointment but remains optimistic about having LaDonna Harris speak at their meeting in June 1968. They request a photo and biography for publicity and invite Senator Harris to join for lunch as well.
