Scope and Contents

The memo discusses a dinner meeting organized by Catherine Peden to discuss the role of women and women's organizations in addressing problems and finding solutions related to riots in the country. The meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Sheraton Carlton. Attendees will include Dr. Washington, Mary Price, Mrs. Freeman, and Esther Peterson. The meeting will be informal with no speeches, just discussions. Catherine Petin was informed that the recipient is active in areas related to riot situations.
