Scope and Contents

LaDonna Harris received a letter inviting her to speak at the Ponca City Business and Professional Women's Town Club, but she is unable to commit due to the expenses of traveling back and forth to Oklahoma. She apologizes for the delay in responding and expresses her best wishes for the success of the programs. She will contact the sender if she is able to arrange something in the future. A copy of the letter was also sent to Margie to see if there is any chance of getting a commitment from the Senator at a later date.
