LaDonna Harris regrets that a previous commitment prevents her from speaking at the Northwest Area Oklahoma Health and Welfare Association Conference on May 5. She extends her regrets and best wishes to all attendees. Mr. Bob Decker had reached out to her to speak on the problems and needs of Indian youth at the conference.
