Scope and Contents

Pulitzer Prize winning author N. Scott Momaday will be participating in Indian Achievement Week activities in Oklahoma City and Tulsa for book signing parties. Momaday, a Kiowa Indian, received the Indian of the Year Award and is an associate professor at the University of California at Berkeley. He was born in Lawton in 1934 and has a background in poetry and creative writing.
