Scope and Contents
President-elect Nixon has hired Bud Wilkinson as a White House aide to investigate LaDonna Harris and conduct a study of government boards and commissions. Wilkinson's main job will be to assess the National Council for Indian Opportunity. Meanwhile, Rep. Happy Camp jokes about the lack of lamp factories in Oklahoma and Rep. Tom Steed moves offices to get a better view of the Capitol dome.
