Scope and Contents

LaDonna Harris, on behalf of the AIO Action Council, is requesting financial support from the International Union of Operating Engineers for their work advocating for Indian affairs and related legislative issues. The AIO Action Council focuses on supporting Indian self-help and development programs, and believes that improving the economic and social status of American Indians will benefit the entire economy. They are seeking financial contributions to continue their advocacy work, particularly in the current session of Congress.
