LaDonna Harris of the AIO Action Council writes to Mr. J. William Webb of the Communications Workers of America, thanking him for attending a luncheon to discuss lobbying on Indian affairs. She encloses a letter to Mr. Burns requesting a contribution, as well as a copy of the budget and annual report for the AIO Action Council. Harris asks Webb to follow up with Mr. Burns and contact her promptly.
