Mr. Charles A. Tayrien wrote a letter to Fred R. Harris expressing his desire to find funding for teaching the Osage language and Indian customs and culture classes. Fred R. Harris has contacted the Bureau of Indian Affairs to inquire about funding opportunities and will update Mr. Tayrien once he receives a response.
