Alan R. Herrin, a doctoral student at Nova University, is conducting research on American Indian education. He has a personal connection to the Cherokee Nation and is seeking assistance from Senator Fred Harris in obtaining materials and information for his dissertation. Herrin is particularly interested in Indian students' attitudes towards science and is looking for research on Indian education to inform his work. He is hopeful that Harris can provide him with guidance and resources to further his research.
