Scope and Contents
Mr. Walsie Burris is inquiring about the delay in payments to Choctaws and Chickasaws for the sale of their coal lands. Congressman Carl Albert is working to speed up the payment process and assures Mr. Burris that efforts are being made to resolve the issue. Albert also addresses concerns about deceased members receiving their share of the payments.
