Scope and Contents

Mr. Edward Sockey from Bokoshe, Oklahoma has been trying to have his restrictions lifted. The Muskogee Agency found that his educational loan has been fully paid but he has not returned his application. Congressman Carl Albert is trying to help Sockey with his application and has requested an update from the agency. Sockey is also grateful for information regarding the sale of segregated coal and asphalt lands and hopes for help in lifting his restrictions.
