Scope and Contents

The document consists of correspondence between Hon. Carl Albert, M.C., and various individuals regarding the slow process of making payments to Choctaw-Chickasaw enrollees and their heirs. The Muskogee Indian office is handling the applications for final payment, and there is pressure to expedite the process.
