Scope and Contents

Mrs. Josephine Sockey sent a postal card with her name, address, and Choctaw roll number to Carl Albert, a congressman. Albert thanked her for the information and suggested she contact the Indian office in Muskogee for assistance with payments. Sockey confirmed her Choctaw heritage and thanked Albert for his help.
