Miss Lenora Green requested a blank form to receive her money from the Choctaws and Chickasaws. Congressman Carl Albert advised her to contact Mr. W. O. Roberts at the Indian office in Muskogee for assistance with her payment. He also offered to help with any other needs she may have.
