Scope and Contents
Mrs. Viva L. Thacker wrote a letter to Congressman Albert's office inquiring about the status of her payment from the Five Civilized Tribes Agency. The office responded, explaining that payments are being processed in alphabetical order and advised her to wait a little longer before contacting the agency. Thacker expressed concern that her application may have been misplaced and asked for guidance on how to proceed.
