Scope and Contents
The document is a series of correspondences between Mr. Roy L. Bohanan, Carl Albert, and the Superintendent of the Five Civilized Tribes Agency regarding Mr. Bohanan's application for per capita payment for the sale of coal and asphalt land. Mr. Albert expresses frustration at the delay in processing the payment and requests assistance in expediting it, while the Superintendent assures that the application was processed in regular order and the payment should be received soon.
