Scope and Contents

An all-Indian golf tournament will be held in Dallas, Texas sponsored by the Dallas American Indian Golf Association in June 1974. Trophies and prizes will be awarded, and a free dinner provided for participants. Tonya Wood, of Seminole/Chickasaw descent, has been nominated for the Jim Thorpe Award and will continue her basketball career in the Junior College Circuit. Other summer activities are also planned.
