Scope and Contents

Health education, pre-school and school age screening, and planning all have two phases that should be started immediately and continued throughout. Pre-school and school age screening should begin with a start-up phase and continue with implementation six weeks later. Planning should involve 12 months of preliminary planning followed by six months to complete the plans.
