Scope and Contents

The letter is thanking Senator Bostner for contacting the Indian Health Service on behalf of Mr. Joel Oliver, who felt he was treated unfairly in a bid for a septic tank system for an Indian Housing project. The Indian Health Service is looking into the matter and will provide a report to the Senator and Mr. Oliver. The letter expresses appreciation for the opportunity to work together for mutual constituents.
