Proposal for a Pilot Health Care Program for Indian American Families in Oklahoma, 1974-01-01 - 1975-12-31
Scope and Contents
This proposal suggests implementing a pilot project for Indian American health care, where 350 families would be given Blue Cross and Blue Shield identification cards to access hospitals and healthcare services. The project aims to provide care in approved hospitals and increase access to surgery for Indian Americans. This program is modeled after a successful one in Texas for Mexican-American migrant workers.
