Scope and Contents

The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all regulations imposed by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. They will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin in any programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance. This assurance is given to obtain federal financial assistance and is binding on the Applicant and its successors.
