Title VI Compliance Assurance Agreement for Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma under the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 1975-01-27
Scope and Contents
The Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma agrees to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all regulations imposed by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. They assure that no person in the United States will be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, or national origin in any program or activity that receives Federal financial assistance. The assurance also applies to any real or personal property provided or improved with Federal aid. This agreement is binding and will be enforced by the United States.
