Scope and Contents

The document is a letter informing Mr. Oscar L. Chapman, Hon. Carl Albert, and Hon. Hobert S. Kerr that the Choctaw Council in Boswell voted 100 percent to retain Harry J.W. Belvin as Chief of the Choctaws and do not favor any changes at the present time. The letter is signed by Bercy Bob, Choctaw Roll Bob No. 10.
