Scope and Contents
Grace H. Mathews writes to Congressman Albert, inquiring about the ethics of the blood quantum and marriage requirements for admission to the Talihina Hospital at the time. She also asks about the Choctaw commutation bill. In correspondence with D.S. Myer, Commissioner of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Congressman Albert sends the present requirements and reasoning behind them to Mathews.
