Scope and Contents

The Citizen Band of Potawatomi Indians Business Committee sent a letter to Congressman Carl Albert requesting support for the establishment of a Public Health Service Hospital in their area. The resolution adopted by the committee highlighted the need for a hospital due to unsatisfactory contract medical arrangements and a lack of access to healthcare services. Congressman Albert responded positively, expressing his willingness to cooperate with the Oklahoma Congressional Delegation on the project.
