Scope and Contents
Senator Fred R. Harris appreciates Pastor David C. Hall's support and comments on his speech regarding the new destiny for American Indians. He acknowledges the importance of retraining and education for the success of this endeavor, especially in relation to the work being done with Indian students at the Phoenix Indian School. Senator Harris expresses gratitude for Pastor Hall's letter and support.
