Scope and Contents

Mrs. Marcell Freeman wrote a letter to Senator Fred R. Harris regarding property damages near Webb City. The Senator received a report from the Department of the Interior and informed Mrs. Freeman that she will receive a full report on the matter. Senator Harris expressed his apologies for the unfavorable report and offered further assistance if needed.
