A petition was submitted to the Business Committee on 7-22-78 by enrolled members of the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma requesting a referendum election to be held on whether or not the tribe should contract Concho School and the physical facilities of the Concho Agency Complex. The action on this petition has not been taken yet.
