Scope and Contents
Mr. Charles E. Black wrote a letter expressing his concerns about communication issues between the Department of Interior and Tribal Councils. He requested that the Indian People have input in decisions that affect their lives and have a say in who leads them. The response from the Department of Interior stated that his letter would be brought to Speaker Albert's attention for consideration.
