Scope and Contents

The document is a series of letters expressing appreciation for the work of the Bureau of Indian Affairs' Industrial Development Branch in assisting small communities with large Indian populations. The documents specifically commend the efforts of Tom McSpadden and Bob Huey in helping to bring new commercial and industrial enterprises to Oklahoma.
