Scope and Contents

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, in collaboration with other agencies, is implementing projects to provide pre-vocational training for Native American individuals in Arizona, Washington, and Texas. These projects aim to improve the success of Native Americans in job training and employment. Additionally, the Indian Claims Commission has granted awards to the Sac and Fox Nation of Indians and the Iowa Nation for lands ceded to the United States in the 19th century. The Seminole Aviation Plastics Production, operated by the Seminole Tribe of Oklahoma, has been successful since merging with Systems Engineering Electronics, Inc.
