Scope and Contents

Attorney W. F. Semple is requesting payment of $7,500 for legal services rendered to the Choctaw and Chickasaw Tribes of Oklahoma. There is some difficulty with his contract with the Chickasaw Tribe, but the Area Director has been authorized to approve a contract and payment for services rendered. Semple has not yet received payment and is requesting prompt action on his claim. Honorable Carl Albert has been assisting in this matter.
