Scope and Contents

The Caddo Indian Tribe of Oklahoma is seeking recognition of their ownership rights to certain lands in Caddo County, Oklahoma. They have submitted resolutions to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and are now appealing to Congress for assistance in obtaining full title to the land. The Executive Committee of the tribe reiterates their claim and requests immediate action on the matter.
