Fred R. Harris thanks Reaves Nahwooksy for his letter and comments about Indian Achievement Week. He mentions a successful meeting in Norman with Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare John Gardner giving a good address. Iola Taylor has taken over as Director of OIO and will send additional information to Reaves. Harris expresses his desire to help in any way possible.
