Mr. Fred R. Harris received a kind note from Mr. William Reynolds Poafpybitty asking for assistance in finding employment, receiving a grant for education, and locating housing. Fred Harris forwarded the letter to the Executive Director of Oklahomans for Indian Opportunity, an organization dedicated to helping Oklahoma's Indians integrate into the economy and culture. Fred Harris enclosed literature on OIO and a fact sheet on Guaranteed Loans for college students. Mr. Poafpybitty can expect to hear from OIO representatives soon and Fred Harris offered further assistance if needed.
