Scope and Contents

Senator Fred R. Harris received a letter from Kirk Breed thanking him for a picture and expressing interest in a potential Peace Corps mission involving American Indians and South American Indians. Breed also mentioned his support for Oklahomans for Indian Opportunity and offered to help from Chile. The letter also mentioned a previous visit to Renaico and expressed admiration for Harris and his wife's communication with the people there.
