Scope and Contents

On May 20, 1966, the United States Senate received a memorandum regarding an Indian Health contract for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes in Blaine County, Oklahoma. The contract was awarded to Grave Drilling Company for $8,892.50 to drill 30 water wells to serve individual Indian homes in the Southern District of Blaine County.
