Scope and Contents

Members of the Wa Pe' He Home Demonstration Club are requesting Senator Harris' help in restoring the Extension Service of Agriculture and Home Economics for Indians in Oklahoma. They highlight the benefits of the services, such as 4-H club work, arts and crafts, cooking, and dressmaking. The club has also participated in annual events organized by the Home Demonstration Agent and the Indian Farm Agent. The letter is also addressed to Senator Monroney.
