Scope and Contents

Mrs. Stella Harjo wrote a letter to Congressman Carl Albert asking for support in restoring funds for the Creek Indian School at Eufaula. Congressman Albert responded, promising to cooperate in any way possible. Another letter from Mrs. Harjo expressed appreciation for his support and emphasized the importance of the school for Creek Indians.
