Scope and Contents

The document is a series of correspondence regarding the removal of restrictions from 40 acres of land acquired by Marlin Billy in August 1948. Hon. Carl Albert inquires on behalf of Marlin Billy and receives a response from the Bureau of Indian Affairs stating that they are working on procuring Mr. Billy's application for the removal of restrictions.
